A 2004 Crater graduate, Jenni was active in student government, FFA and Honor Society and was elected Student Body President her senior year.  Jenni was named the softball Sothern Oregon Conference Player of the Year in 2004 and was on the All-Conference softball team in both 2003 and 2004.

Upon graduation from Crater, she attended Northwest Christian College where she played softball and in 2005 was selected as the United States Collegiate Athletic Association Most Valuable Pitcher.  She then transferred to Oregon Institute of Technology where she became an All-Conference pitcher.  In 2006, Jenni played for the International USA Athletes and placed 2^nd in the London Cup.  At Oregon Tech, Jenni was a pitcher/designated player and was voted Cascade Collegiate Conference 2008 Player of the Year by a vote of the conference softball coaches.   Jenni led the Owls to the 2008 Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) regular-season crown by hitting .397 for the year. As a batter, Jenni led the CCC in both hits (56) and runs scored (43).  As a pitcher, Jenni had 17 wins and had an ERA of 1.81.  Jeni was named All Conference pitcher for the OIT softball team and was named to the Cascade Collegiate All Conference Team three consecutive years.  She was selected as an All American in 2008 and Academic All-Conference in 2007 and 2008.

Jenni graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oregon Health & Science University.  She began her nursing career in the ICU unit at Asante Rogue Regional in 2010.  Currently she is the Supervisor of the Post Anesthesia Care Unit at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center in Medford.  Jenni tells us “Playing softball at Crater was the beginning of a great foundation of teamwork and dedication that I have carried with me.  Not only into my career as a nurse but also into my most important job, a mother and wife.”
